The Importance of Now

Having my own real estate brokerage has been a dream of mine since 2015. I wanted to offer a more personal approach to real estate. Having been a member of this community since 1990, I have watched the landscape change and grow. Too often that change did not include the lower income members of our community. With local government support, that dynamic has changed through programs for first time home buyers and those would be home buyers that may not have had the resources to move forward.

This community is generally under serviced by the real estate industry. It takes a bit more time and commitment to nurture these home buyers and help them through the process. It begins with knowledge and support, which I wanted to offer. There is nothing more rewarding then to assist a member of our community in attaining the American dream.

There was also a need for investment. As minorities, we need to invest in our communities and understand the economic impact that brings to our families and our future. I have spent the last few years specializing in this area and spreading the knowledge of available resources to those who may not know or understand the process.

I believe that in our industry, we tend to focus on the product and not the person. I have pledged to be different. To be better. To have an intimate knowledge of my clients and community. With that in mind, I created Maven Realty LLC.

My colleagues and I are highly visible, always accessible and you can find each of us in our communities. You can ask either of us about home buying and selling, government programs and eligibility. We are a minority owned and operated brokerage and we are here to serve.
